According to recent news, this is the area of price competition per the URLs listed below; however, as I found out, it is a mistake to assume that the major part of Dell's revenue is from individual sales. This is clearly not the case. Since only approximately 10% of revenues are derived from individual sales, their decision to forego participation in the sub $1000 PC market is afterall just common sense. They are obviously focusing on the market segments with both high growth and high revenue returns, wouldn't you agree?

Hi Alan,

You were right in saying the name of the game is currencies. Dollar/yen hit a multiyear high today. I don't know if this is what will propel the bond market further but if it does, then the catalyst for springing the SP8M out of it's tightly wound coil might be $ strength. What are your thoughts on this?
