Thanks Gary - I respect your opinions and your experience. Also I know you are always extremely helpful to other investors so I am not trying to start a fight. I am not hyping this stock, just trying find the facts and hopefully make some money. I am doing more DD now. I may need some help from others into MINE to get them to nail down the share questions. IR slant on shares: 54 mil restricted shares 28 mil in float 800 mil authorized but since Mary Eriksen has $3 mil invested they do not want issue any more shares. IR claims total outstanding is under $100 mil. I will check your figures and try to verify mine. IR claims that the 800 mil authorized shares was in the beginning charter of the company. Question for you... How is that decided and can it be reduced to ease investor concerns?
