Uh, one person saying something is not proof that it happened, remember? I don't consider this evidence because it has not been presented to the people. However, in terms of real, documented evidence, Monica has said, under oath, that she didn't have a relationship. If she lied to Tripp, who cares, however lying under oath is perjury, therefore, I tend to believe her testimony over her private, not for broadcast, phone conversations. That you see this as "proof" shows you don't know the definition of the word. Interestingly, Gennifer Flowers captured Bubba on tape directing her to lie about their relationship No, she didn't. That degree of evidence which convinces the mind of any truth or fact, and produces belief; a test by facts or arguments that induce, or tend to induce, certainty of the judgment; conclusive evidence; demonstration. See that word certainty there? Notice the use of the word conclusive? Shall I get those definitions too? Monica could easily have been lying to Tripp, therfore, recordings of these conversations are, by definition, not proof. As to whether they are evidence, well, I'll take sworn testimony more seriously anyday. So will a judge. So, if she lied in that testimony, they will have to prove it beyond a reasonable doubt. But, you can say you have some evidence. However, there is stronger evidence that directly contradicts it. Dragonfly
