I agree, we shouldn't trample rights but three children beaten to retardation needs some fixing. Norplants unfair, jail. What's bad when they over turned the Norplants they never revoked the parole.

My opinion, when people endanger children they should loose all rights to be anywhere children are involved, even their own. And damned if ain't their own that most people abuse?

This is one time we are really helping the children. I do agree it should take more than one judge,
