Don't you understand that Mountain ENERGY was NOT a publicly traded company until this merger came about?? They had NO publicly traded shares or shareholders... so now they have 18million shares of ICVI out of ICVI's treasury... which were taken FROM the ICVI vaults (probably owned by the CEO and senior mgmt of ICVI) and given over to Mountain Energy's senior mgmt in which case we're heard that these shares will be pretty tightly held... I guess I just don't see the angle your taking on this?? And as I said things should become clearer over the next few days and weeks.. I've seen nothing so far to deter me from my investment.. but that is my right... and it's your right to ask questions... just that sometimes it gets annoying to see question after question and no answers or DD coming from your end... maybe you wouldn't mind taking some time to find some answers and sharing them with us all here since you seem to flood the thread with so many questions... even maybe just 1 answer for every 10 questions you've asked??? that would be cool wouldn't it? jim
