New CEO and cost cutting from TDXT

Stock has gone straight down hill. Is there any reason to look at this company? Costs are greatly higher then revenues according to the last few earnings releases. Even with a 33% reduction in staffing not sure this company can make any money with oil prices as low as they are now. Anyone follow this company? TIA
