Just want to clear my head after reading all the posts on the thread. Thanks.. From previous post, I understand Mountain Energy used to be Mountain Resources (private co.). My question are 1. Did Mountain Resources own any assets such as gas and coal in the ground ? If so, what is it ? Does anyone have any dat on on the earning history of MR ? 2. What is the reason for MR to change its name to ME before doing the reverse take over ? 3. Does this reverse take over requires approval from ICVI shareholders ? What will be the current outstanding float for ME after the reverse take over ? What is the restricted shares beyond the 50,000,000 that was given to ME ? 4. Is it possible to estimate EPS for 1998 ?
