Jim, the DOJ isn't interested in helping anyone but Netscape. "Netscape" is mentioned something like 47 times in the DOJ lawsuit. Might be more, I don't remember. Their agenda of promoting Java as the MSFT killer is not only blatantly transparent, but it's also based on theory and what-ifs.

The DOJ is going to look awfully silly once the trial gets under way.
