If ME shareholder are willing to accept merger terms which dilute their equity by 36% while getting very little in return, leads one to the conclusion that ME isn't presenting investors with the full picture. Why not hirer a drilling company to extract these "assets" and maintain 100% equity for ME shareholders? Why haven't these mineral deposits been developed yet??? Possibly too costly???? For whatever reason ME sure seems very desperate.
