Joe, Actually the consolidated numbers in the 8-K for Edge show us that Edge (US revenues) did more revenues in the past 12 months than all of DCI's divisions combined. I would prefer not to speculate about the possibility of a listing, but I don't see why we would have to have Locus aboard to get one. I hope that Locus comes aboard, but it's only an LOI at this time..we will just have to see about that one. One thing I do like about Joe's typical way of doing things is that if Locus doesn't work out for some reason that he will have a few more on the string to replace it with. The important thing I think is that we know that there are a number of possible acquisitions on the table and that given time more will be signed just as Edge was. James
