If ME is really worth what they say it is, yes loosing 36% of your equity is a big hit. Secondly, why didn't ME do a IPO???? Under this merger agreement neither ME nor ICVI recieves any $$$$. An IPO--yes even with the additional costs-- would have made a lot more sense to ME shareholders.....but then again the investment community might have themselves a little look-see at the mineral fields<gg>
