Hi Bill,

I'm currently lurking on the ICVI thread. Haven't bought yet - may do so.

Anyway, my opinion of Mr. Biggs' posts on the ICVI thread is that he may be a plant - to
stir doubt, cause people to sell. If he is a broker or a market maker or some type of
registered representative, he can get into serious legal trouble by his posts - according to
NASD new rules.

He is a pain in the rear!!

OK ... this one is in response to Mr. BIGGS' post #2781.

It seems that Mr. BIGGS is the one who "seems very desperate" ... perhaps to help out the MMs, like Mr.
Ciriano was doing on Friday. Anyway, I don't look at it as if ME is "very desperate". I look at it like this:

- Mountain Energy and International Casino Cruises, Inc. (ICVI) are both based in Houston.
- Mountain Energy may have big plans that they possibly could carry through with on a bigger scale as a
listed company, rather than a private one (someone mentioned it's easier to get financing)
- Mountain Energy + ICVI both in Houston = easy way for Mountain Energy to get listed without going
through all the BS that they would starting from scratch.

Any questions Mr. BIGGS?

Jason

Let me see, someone buys 10,000 shares of icvi on Monday for .10. Friday it closes at .53. Oh yes Mr. Biggs, I see how you figured this person lost 38% of his equity. Stupid me.

Regards,

Bob
