Good evening Jim,

I hope you had a nice weekend. Looks as if neither of our challenges has been taken up. There was a very interesting article in the NY Times a couple of weeks ago as a sidebar to the AIT/SBC merger. It pointed out that had an investor purchased T just before the breakup (at $61.50) and held all of the shares using dividend reinvestment for all dividends, those shares would be worth around $765 now. That works out to an annual rate of return of a little over 19%!

If you paid attention to the last few sessions, you will notice that the market (included Nasdaq) were up in the early morning and then slided down. It was a sign people selling into strength. It is a bearish sign. I won't read into too much!
