<< Dreamer,
No one in there right mind would accept the kind of dilution ME equity holders are going to be taking unless they happen to be very desperate, but a reverse merger sure does avoid scrutiny....now could that possibly be ME's incentive for loosing 36% of their equity???
>>

I am a Dreamer, and without a Dream people end up like you, who
will fight for the last word, and would argue with a fence post.

Now, so far you have managed to avoid all questions and facts we
have returned. You are stuck on this dillution/equity bit.

What if they don't have the money to get the assets from the ground?
IPO!!!! Wrong answer too long. BANK!!!! That is a good option,
but that didn't happen for reasons we will never know. No more
debt, wouldn't be in the scope of their business plan (do your DD).
This reverse merger speeds up their business plan more than 6 months. Would you give up .35 to get back 1.00 in a short period
of time? Of course you would, you do it everyday, or atleast hope
you will.

FACT (boy this is turning into a record): They have 200mm in
in-tangible assests.

FACT : They are now publically traded.

FACT : you are hear for one reason, and it is not to be our saviour. We all have gambled, and we all have lost before, and probably will
happen again. If you sincerely believe this is a bad investement, please post the facts other than your dillution/equity bit.
