Not really they don't however the P and the dividend is where tthe true long termers are going. see the chart I posted and pay attention to the A AMSC colum and divide that by 35 to get the AMSC.

Warrants arre another great plain because the warrant can double a lot more than any of the other two just on the warrant price right now. Plus once this stock is at say $2.00 then you can exercise for a double out just in exercising the warrant. Day traders will paly this plain though because of the 9 million available where the P and common are have very tiny floats.

Hope this helps

Long term the triad (MIDL/MIDLP/MIDLW) are one and the same, and depend upon the value of the common MIDL as the warrants and preferred will eventually be exercised/converted to common.

At least for me, MIDLW and MIDLP are just additional ways of accumulating the common.

If you own any 1 of the 3 (or like many all 3), you should do fine long term. Preferred automatically converts into common, warrants can be exercised into common for $.50

GaBard's chart visually shows the relationship of each in the triad. Hope this helps.
