TG, Reverse merger yes, reverse split no. Doesn't make any sense. Company doing reverse merger to become reporting, next step as a listed company don't know the timeframe, but would have to think they would get some quarters under their belt and see where they are going first. Dave

It's always been about to have record setting income, but never quite breaks even. If it ever posts a positive net, it will still be a deal, assuming the reason(s) for profit are sustainable. It's hard to imagine it running up on anything less than bonafied spectacular results. And... What the hell happened to LPS? It had the product, the financing, and the dealer network put together quite a while back. It has been profitable for me, and it's still an irritation. Big crappola stall on the reverse didn't help either. Back to the tie die and following departed legends around the country, Mike
