I am lost on the testing issues at times and can't really press the questions like a mining pro could..
IR was mad - asked "aren't we ever happy. we give good news
and still is not enough" My opinion if is this is an issue then
the people who bring up or any knowledgeable person should call
and resolve it.
The questions to ask are:
1. Is your method of testing valid?
2. If not, are you planning other tests? (BTW they have done 3000
assays in 2 years.)
3. Will it be cost effective to remove the gold? (They said yes,
determined by an independent consultant.) We need figures,
how much will it cost? (I believe that it will be fairly cheap relatively
speaking.)

I will call the SEC tomorrow and see if I can nail down the
other issue that keeps coming up. Again I am not a legal expert
but maybe they can help me understand how serious the charges
are.

questions to ask are:
1. Are the charges serious?
2. When will they be resolved?
3. What will the penalties be?
4. Are the charges only against former employers?

Let's be fair to the company, but try to get these questions resolved.
