Very interesting article Adrian. The A.S.E. and T.S.E. should consider why, of all the stock exchanges in the world, the founding shareholders of YBM chose their exchanges to list on!!!

Your "changing tune" post was more than unusually informative: for the exchanges it must be unusually embarrassing. Well, perhaps not that unusual, the papers keep bringing up Bre-X. Seems to me, the difference between Bre-X and YBM is that the exchanges did not know Bre-X was run by a pack of criminals. By that standard, YBM is worse -- away worse -- than Bre-X.
No wonder the TSE's story is a work in progress.

I feel that we have enough bad news about the background of this company. The shareholders of this company should start to find out whom to take to court, and how to minimize our loses, and start calculating how much we are going to lose. We should start to look and find out what is the real sale of this company ........ how much earning it may have without criminal activities ....... where will it be trading .....etc

We are investors after all, the FBI, RCMB, TSE and auditors have started doing a long job, and we should start to think what to do next ... if it does not trade again...... or if it start trading again somewhere, or we may end up holding a private company ....... would this company make money or lose money ... .. could it be a subject of a take over ????????????????????????????????????????

After that who is guilty, who is not, who go to jail, who go to hill is not our problem, we will leave it to the FBI and the justice system to do their jobs.

Anger alone will not solve our problem.

Regards. Omer
