I answered my own question (after digging more). The following is old news (Nov.30,1997) but thought you might like to read. More info on LPS, it came from Las Vegas-Review Journal. Coconino subsidiary enters partnerships LPS Ltd. the financial services subsidiary of Coconino SMA Inc. announced marketing partnerships with Streamline Funding of San Diego and International Benefits Association. Streamline Funding has agreed to provide LPS with a wholesale line of second trust deed mortgages. LPS will offer this product to retail mortgage brokers in 42 states as part of its Life Planning Concepts training program. LPS has also reached an agreement with International Benefits Association insurance company to provide services to its 77 associations and more than 500,000 members and policyholders.
