I would recommend getting Lawrence McMillian's book, Options as a Strategic Investment. I think most of the people on this thread would agree with me. Also, there are many good references and learning tools at:

Those different theorist are a good foundation of knowledge. In the end, you will blend their approach to match your trading style. Trial and error unfortuneately. You should ad Lawrence McMillian "option king" and William O'Neal (CANSLIM) to your reading list.
