Sure, Kurt,

we'll all follow your lead. Of course, it would be nice to know what direction you'll be going in, say a week or two from now. I mean, after all, for months on end you were a supporter of RMIL and your fellow shareholders. Then, when cash got a little tight, you decided to pick up your marbles and go home. The heck with everyone else. The trouble is, your marbles are not all that readily available to you.

First, I doubt that the corporate officers would go to jail. However, assuming you could pull that off, how many of your marbles do you think would be made available to you by that action? Personal incentives? I think they each have a couple of million shares of personal incentives.

And just how do you propose that they pay for the audited financials? Hey, here's an idea. They could issue a few hundred thousand shares of stock to the auditors in payment. That way, your marbles could be made available to you. Of course, your marbles, and everyone else's, wouldn't have a chance of being worth anything with all those extra shares out.

Please keep us informed as other things "dawn on" you. Maybe you'll find a way to shoot yourself in the other foot. However, don't expect the rest of us to tag along with you, especially since you have shown that you can't be counted on to follow through.

Kurt,
With all respect the financials are completed and they are in the process of choosing an auditing firm to audit them. Why would we go to the extremes you state? Why would this warrant SEC involvement. RMIL must comply to 2-11 concerns and/or file/audit the 10K...which they are in the process of doing.
Your approach sounds reactionary and catalystic.
