TJS: I too heard the rumor about Lanza bringing a merger prospect to Xecom/AirStar. I also heard that this prospect was an ideal marriage for Xecom, brining to Xecom cash, technology and management expertise. You might ask JL why he agreed to cancel negotiations with this hot merger prospect and go along with the proposals of Dennis Casey instead. For JL to now blame management exclusively for ending these talks is disingenuous. He agreed to end the talks as well. By the way the talks ended, as I understand it, because no concrete offer was ever made. Wes
