"dead in the water"? <LOL> The worst case scenario for RMIL is ; they release an 8K stating the merger wasn't finalized and a forward looking statement about their new direction. The 10K will be audited and the float will be in Name Form when trading commences...."dead in the water"? As you can see RMIL shareholders have demonstrated Solidarity and the cohesion of this group will allow us to finally squeeze regardless of the direction RMIL takes. I believe whatever power struggles between Morgan & Puhr will necessitate an 8K to inform shareholders of the merger status or change in direction, either way...WE WILL SQUEEZE! Pugs
