John: Yes, that is the way I've been thinking of Banyan also. I should call Olde Philadelphia. Do you know anything about the outfit? Also, do you know how a stock could have a quote at Yahoo, but not have any SEC filings at all? Perhaps there has been a name change. I am not familiar with low-priced or BB stocks so this is new territory for me. Maybe tomorrow I'll get up the energy to try phoning Olde Philly. I'm not much for the phone, but I seem to have gotten myself involved. Thanks again. Peter
