Yes, most of the time it is. But it is not commonplace for the CFO to sell 2/3 of his holdings weeks before the company warns of the shortfall. Not only it is not commonplace, it is unethical, and downright illegal if he had information about the Q1 losses.

I'd be surprised if lawsuits don't pop up soon.
