That is a mystery to everyone me included. That is why I think something else is coming because the testing is not the reason I can see for the dividend or the warrant reduction. They could have sold the dividends to high profile investors, brokers, and institutions just on the Exxon release and made $600 - $1 M very quickly. ALso the warrant reduction they are giving up $4.5M on the exercising price alone. Just have to wait and see how things develop. Every news release here lately look deliberately staged to me. Hey I could be wrong and have been before. But would like to hear of a another view. GB
