<< Assuming there's nothing in the full text of the report that would significantly contradict the initial announcement, I'd expect GE to be in a position to effect a comprehensive alliance with a world-class mining firm. The deal would include up-front cash to GE, financing for all operations from testing of report data all the way through to extraction. Such a deal would essentially minimize the risk in MINE stock. >> I fully agree with this comment. But of course, the world-class would make DD before the deal is scealed.
