Scumbria,

According to Real World, IBM's PR-300 is 83x3=250MHz. Does anybody know the specs of Cyrix MII 300?

Scunbria,

Granted this is my own opinion. However, the video (vcr) market is going to move to DVD and folks are going to move with it. If you couple a PCOAC with a DVD drive, you have a DVD player for $200 to $300. Add a hard drive, Windows 98, a keyboard and mouse and you have DVD player that you can do your taxes on (like plugging in the donation associated with giving your old 386 to the Salvation Army)! I am not sure how someone else is going to be able to compete in the DVD aisle if they have to buy a graphics card and a MB--sounds a little too expensive to me. How much would such a product cost in total by your estimation?

This cannot be the only market for PCOAC, but it sure looks like it could be a big piece of it.

Enjoy all your posts by the way! : )
