Mr. Swift,

I have heard that Mr. Casey would purchase the assets in Airstar
Technologies and leave a public company (or shell) with cash.
This concerns me for many reasons. One, if Mr. Casey purchased
the assets then he would either take those assets and place them
in another public company or have them in a private corporation.
Either way, he is in a win-win situation. Secondly, I may be
wrong on this but, if he were to purchase the assets from Airstar
Technologies, it would seem to me to be a conflict of interest.
Why? If he is currently on the payroll of Airstar Technolgies, and
an offer was brought to the table by Mr. Lanza, wouldn't there
be a conflict on his part to act in the best interest of Airstar?
On top of that, all along in the back of his mind he knows that he was going to be making an offer to buy the assets out of this public company? How could he review another offer without being prejudice?
Especially, if the rumored offer was of greater value to Airstar Technologies. How do we know that he was not the one to reject the offer? Did Joe Vigliarolo consult with Mr. Casey about this offer? These are important facts and questions that someone needs to investigate. If any of my thoughts have any truth to them, could this be a reason for the silence on the part of Airstar Technolgies management? Is this the reason they are trying to terminate Mr. Lanza and Financial Internet Group? Is this the information that Mr. Lanza has on this current management?

You tell me, Mr. Swift. Something just isn't smelling very good.
