JHA, and all. DCTC according to its current numbers is qualified for a major exchange and listing. I have requested that the company look into a 15(g)9 filing. if I recall correctly, this is a filing that will lift the designated security status of the stock, thus brokers are now exempt from the Penny Stock Cold Call Rule of 1990. Not only will this give brokers/dealers the open conduit to persue buying this stock, they will not have to have their clients signing form after form to purchase our beloved DCTC. From what I can see the only real obsticle is $3.00 and getting it there for 30 days or better and then HOLDING. NASDAQ or any other exchange would look hard at listing DCTC.AMEX is slow in the listing proceedures and NASDAQ is starting to change its requirements. even under the new requirements I still think we are qualified.
What we need to do in the case of NASDAQ is stop posting leaks of information to the board that could cause the company from getting the axe once again.
let us continue the discussion of Edge and how it represents the company and its earnings and not speculate on LOCOS until the deal is complete. Putting the cart before the horse means your going backwards.

JHA,

It's quite obvious from the way the MM's are acting that they believe the CC selling is down to a trickle. Since the first of May they have been more inclined to hold the bid in the face of short periods of selling. There is no doubt about it, the relentless pressure from the CC people did do quite a bit of damage but I agree with you in that investor confidence is on the mend. This is evidenced by the 50% increase in the bid so far this month.

Best Regards
