Mr. Big, Simple, takes out more of the public float and put it in the companys hands... Its not behind the scenes at all, its called insider buying, just so happens to happen all the time. And about the printing press... They might not have cash, but they will have 200mm in equity to borrow against... So you think the sec and us geological society are jokes? Mergers must be approved, and assets must be independently accounted for Try a little harder next time.. Scott

I believe enough has been said re:ICVI/ME. Why don't we lay it to rest. Market and offices are open tomorrow. If u are not sure, don't buy or get out. Otherwise, if you are not comfortable with the DD done here. Do your own DD that you are comfortable with then make your own conclusion.. Everyone should think for himself/herself. Let existing ICVI shareholders and lurkers/fence sitters decide for themselves on ICVI. As far MM goes. I guess they are a fact of life on OTC:BB. Decide how you want to deal with it if you do not concur the opinion or conviction of other participants of this thread.. Good Night
