Oh Cliff don't you worry about them bargain basement prices, I sure the company will need a lot of $$$$$$ to get to all them minerals, better get that press warmed up. From the looks of this deal chances are the only reason why ME's mineral deposits haven't been developed is because it's not cost effective i.e. it'd cost more to extract than the revenue received, and right now isn't the best time to start, considering where energy prices are. If ME is so hot why didn't they merge with real energy company instead of a defunct penny, it sure would have been in the best interest of ME equity holders to do so.
