Class B is owned by two people John Spriggs and Daniel Fisher. They can convert anytime but they have to follow the SEC rules of registration and so forth. Those shares I doubt we will see do anything. Those are what the controlling interest is in the stock.

To sell any of the B they would be surrendering ownership in the company and I do not think that they are even considering.
