The tactics of the negative hypester are well-known. If you have ever

been involved in the early stages of a surprise stock with real

potential, you have experienced these people. The names change but the

modus operandi does not:

1) Little or no personal information on SI profile.

2) Repeated questions which ignore any plausible answers.

3) Tries to make light of/ridicule people who provide those plausible

answers to the repeated questions.

4) Presentation of "facts and figures" some which are deliberately

misleading. Other numbers are portrayed as factual when, in reality,
no

one on SI could know the actual figures.

5) Appearance of the negative hypester when one might expect a

significant short position in the stock.

6) Negative hypester holds no apparent stock position in the company,

but works very hard to warn/scare others who do.

7) Negative hypester spends an inordinately large amount of time on
the

SI thread bashing a specific stock, thus demonstrating his/her lack of

sense and credibility. After all, with over 9000 stocks to research
and post on, why spend so much time on one you don't own?

Do your own DD and seek positive interaction with others who do the

same. If the stock is in a good company, no amount of bashing or

fear-mongering can hold it down for long. If it's a lousy company, the

negative hypester probably wouldn't be here anyway.

Regards to the true investors,

Scott

My last response to Mr. Big,

You are no different than us. None of us have any real idea of how the deal was structured, costs, dillution, public float bought by Me, ect. You are merely speculating on what you think could have happened.

You know nothing of substance...
