I don't know the pros and cons between the two.. Reverse or No-Reverse. I believe enough questions and or concerns have been raised for all to see. Please read my message # 2965. What purpose does it serve to continue at this point.. Call SEC and USG and ME. I would consider ask a business lawyer to shed some light on this.. Regards

BIGGS appeared on this thread attempting to shake shareholder confidence by posting his continuos negative onslaughts as late as 1 am only HOURS before opening bell on a week that should prove VERY EXCITING for all current ICVI/ME shareholders and interested newcomers waiting to get in. ALL OF THE INFO needed to answer BIGGS is available on this thread (hopefully we do have that info thread started, like DGIV) but THANKS to all of you who took the time & responded by regurgitating the specific information needed to EXPOSE his ERRONEOUS POINTS and unmask him for what he is: a FEARMONGER, & most likely a HIRED HAND sent to whittle away as many cheap ICVI/ME shares as possible from weak handed stockholders tomorrow. NICE TRY, BULLY BIGGS but this time you picked on the wrong ones! WE ARE NO WEAKLINGS HERE & LAUGH @ your FUTILE ATTEMPTS! DGIV-aholic & long on ICVI/ME, Diana (KICKING SAND IN BIGGS' FACE!!!)
