The question is: are you saying that the SEC issue can't be resolved? Could it have been a mistake and not fraud? Mary Ericksen was named and she also currently has 3 million in the company. The logic would seem to me they would be crazy to post anything false now. And they can't sell shares. All are restricted that they own. I will call SEC tomorrow and see if the agent will tell me anything. As far as JV - there are several companies who have already made offers that were declined because they were too low. I have contacts that are calling me tomorrow from several firms working in Bolivia. And am not through with dd. I don't think the picture you descibe is definite. JMO
