FWIW, I've finally become concerned about this investigation. Almost 30% off its high in just a few weeks. Short-term things look bleak, I doubt we will see much upside movement in LOR until this cloud of uncertainty dissipates. That is the problem with "litigation"-like scares: investigations, probes, allegations, accusations, etc. The market hates uncertainty, and it seems to be giving LOR a huge beating, most likely because it is a sat stock that still has a lot to prove before really going earnings positive.
