A very reasonable point. At the moment, I think the fresh money will go for volatility trying to daytrade ("W"). Once they see the potential, they will head into the "P" to get the most shares for the money. The common gets left out in the cold. This stock, without the the other two classes would be worth a whole lot more money right now. (And a zebra without stripes is not a zebra...) I am seeing the cart going before the horse right now. Indirectly, the "P" and the "W" are being held back by the common's price. If the common was at $2, the "W and the "P" would be worth one hell of a lot more.
I guess it depends on your perspective -- I guess I am talking more to the larger, longer shareholders who are already in pretty heavy on the "P" in particular.
Keep this in mind -- NO MATTER HOW MUCH "P" PEOPLE BUY, it will never exceed the price of the (common x 35) or the (warrant + .50). If you raise the price of the common, the "P" becomes more valuable AUTOMATICALLY and INHERENTLY. (The "W" as well.)
Strategy is different depending of your position and perspective, but I will argue that the smart move is to work at the common, at least for those who already have their MIDL portfolio heavily weighted in the "P" and even the "W". No one has unlimited resources.
