Jim - Come on here, I'm starting to question how well you are reading also. All I did was post an article and ask a question. But to your point, I did miss the 'retail channel' qualification. I think the question of how CPQ and Dell are doing in the PII market is an important predictor of what is going on in the high margin sector and any information we can get would be useful. Unfortunately this article did not provide any such information but Oh well.. a little alternate input would be more valuable than the ad hominum.
