Sergio - we are all here with you

Dear Sergio:

Public forums are a battleground - but I never had any real doubts that it was you making the posts to SI. Nonetheless, thanks for your very strong clarification.

I can only speak for myself, but I am very excited about NIR's prospects. Small companies have a difficult path to follow. The bottom line for their success rests on financing - without it you're sunk. The internet and other electronic means ensures that we are able to gather a lot of information, which we do our best to share here amongst NIR's investors. I am very satisfied with the information that I have been able to gather. NIR is in the market place requesting financial support - and we are giving it to you.

To be honest - I would not have purchased this stock at $0.08. I don't like to speculate, but when news of the positive feedback from Boeing and McDonnell Douglas on the efficacy of the SV-35 series of strippers came through I started to take notice. The patent is what changed NIR from a speculative play to a strong investment play for me. The patent made your products defensible and proprietary - two key factors.

Thanks again for you clarification - we are all here with you.

Question for Sergio V
Sergio. Can the Aquasol Solution be used as a paint thinner? I once read somewhere that it could separate oils from dirt. Could it be used to clean contaminated grounds from industrial sites?

To anyone else. Does anyone know when/where the annual meeting for Napier is?

Thank you, Al G.
