You are right RocketMan. When I spoke with Jack, I was very impressed with the description of his management team. I can't be here for the opening bell, but I'll be back an hour later and be thinking of the ICVI people (oops, make that ME people) before then. Morning everyone! What a night and fight on this thread, phew! Mountain Energy has 50 millions restricted shares, but also we have no idea how many shares from the float they have bought. I am wondering something, imagine that the CEO of a private company (for example Mountain Energy) is about to do a reverse merger with a public company (for example ICVI), can he buy, for his own benefit, shares (ICVI) from the public float? Can his Mgt and employees buy shares from the public float? Can his family and their families buy shares? I will be looking for the regulations and rules on these questions but just think about this: if the CEO, Mgt, employees can do that, do you think they will just sit on the side and watch other investors make thousands of dollars. If you know where I can find answer to these question, please tell me the URL I really want to see it with my own eyes. Space cadet Shash who had a great night of sleep and a nice meditation.
