Kip,

The currency speculation is not a good reason leading to lower stock prices unless the fundamental falls apart. There are many other stocks strongly link to the currency variations. However, it is not the major factor for Cuno, imho. Regarding the project for Boston Market, I think it was not a major factor either. It is unlikely for Cuno to make a major investment in this single account business. The depth of Cuno product line is very deep which is a very good shield for this small account.

CEC has been Cuno's supplier for years. The acquisition is part of integration which will lead to cost reduction. It should be positive. I doubt Cuno will buy it with high price, because of CEC is not a public company...they should be very happy to be acquired by Cuno to get high PE valuation. Well...this is just mho. I am long Cuno. Good luck to you.

The earning will be announced on Thursday. The projection is 0.24.
Good investing.

Sincerely,
Wade
