I agree with Malcolm.................
If we assume that the company has been operating with limited resources BUT with knowledge this was caused by the infringement on
their technical expertise ( patents ), then it would have been fiscally irresponsible for the company not to focus nearly all of its
efforts on enforcing its intellectual rights. That they were also able to establish profitable PPM's at the same time is a bonus.
NOW HOWEVER--it is time to get on with finalizing QUADS & OR360"s
and present them to the marketplace in an aggressive manner. IMO, at
this juncture it would be irresponsible of mgt not to utilize a portion of the settlement TO ESTABLISH A FIRST CLASS MARKETING TEAM.
They must view their previous marketing as unsuccessful and reevluate
it from ground zero. Perhaps the financial PR firm can provide input
here---or hire a sales consulting firm. At any rate, this should be
priority #1 & worth spending substantial $$ on. Whomever has been
running the "sales show" do date should be replaced ASAP.

Hi Malcolm,
Dont get me wrong,am not anti fonr,however I dont think it's lack of recognition.After the GE verdict,all in the game heard of fonr.I am afraid it is the way fonr is perceived that hold the stock down (and mngmnt,or lack of, is to blame)
