Thank you NeuroInvestment for your objective remarks. Couldn't agree more that the stock got ahead of itself last week, but I had predicted 14 by month end, and the market was obviously trying to help with the process of making me a "seer" <vbg>

Mis-reporting is a very credible explanation, together with a rather amateurish public relations ability ...

Many thanks for your input, Dr. T.

We are in complete accord as to what happened and why. I know your primary interest is in the technology. Your research and comments on the prospects are very welcome. The point about the other organizations and scientists involved in the research is very significant.

It is interesting that the outcry and backlash over the recent studies and reported comments are not coming, as far as I know, from the scientific community or anybody who knows anything about the published studies, but rather than from those who know little or nothing about either the drug or the company. They see a stock that reacted disproportionately, even though the news was old, and they smell an opportunity to sell short for a profit. It is really sad that their anonymity enables them to say anything about the tests, the company, or Dr. G. It makes it hard, even for us ardent investors to respond to such convoluted, absurd, and vicious assertions.

I hope you are right about the tempest in the teapot and that the data continues to confirm our enthusiasm.

I have a few of questions that perhaps you could answer.

1. What the heck is an equity based line of credit? Every line of credit I have ever seen has been secured by tangible assets such as receivables, inventory or rarely certain fixed assets. Who would lend to a startup based upon their equity? Can you help me understand this?

2. Is your primary interest in NEOT in the technology (as Marty seems to think) or the return on your investment?

3. Do you have a web site for your neuroinvestment service?

Thought you would be interested in the following post to the YAHOO thread with some anecdotal evidence. I appreciate that it is not scientific and even he acknowledges that that it may not mean anything to the FDA ... except it certainly does to those who are touched by it. I think they can be forgiven for their enthusiasm but those in the press and on these boards that crudely attempt to denigrate by claiming "hype" in partial and sometimes complete ignorance cannot.

<< That's my screenname for a lousy stock i'm shorting called ScanGraphics SCNG. I am an ANAL RETENTIVE INVESTOR and there is nothing I do Not Know about NEOT. Dr. Glassky or however his name is spelled did make the correct statement about caregivers etc. My investment style is not to listend to Co. hype nor what the hired guns are telling us. I go in to the trenches. And lo and behold Glaszky or whatever his name is, is right. This AIT_ 082 works. In Canada they have day care centers where relatives drop of their Alzheimers afflicted loved ones. And guess what it's true they did have reversals, they could tie their shoelaces, they could dress themselfes after one dose. One woman concert pianist played again, one person spoke again and another hated his wife just like he used to. I have no clue if this is relevant to the FDA, but I do know that this is relevant to people like me who have loved ones afflicted with Alzheimers. Does one get religion? Off course not but one has to wonder about AIT_082. Do I know how long the effects are after one dose? The answer is no, only Phase ll will answer that. Do I think that there is hope for my mother in law who thinks I'm her husband one minute and her long lost brother the next, who the hell knows. But let me tell you one thing, after speaking to the care givers and yes those are the ones who are in the trenches I will do everything in my power and not inconsiderable fortune to advance the cause of NEOT. As one Canadian care giver said to me "we don't care what the doctors say we are concerned with the daily functioning of our charges. To this day we have never seen anything like AIT-0823." And let me quote further, "Aricept got fast track approval but we do not see it working the way it is supposed to" They stated further "The best experience we had so far was with AIT-082." So for whatever it's worth me buying NEOT stock does not mean zilch but if you ever do a secondary I will be there with my wallet open. Should anyone from NEOT read this post you can contact me at SHOWME217@aol.com and I will cover anything you need. When the Pfizers of this world tell me it works and the Ely Lilly people invest in it it's good enough for me. Wherever you are Dr. Glatzky keep pushing. >>

You could say from a scientific testing standpoint "It is not anything" yet, on another level, you would be right to say "It is not nothing." And as far as the testing is concerned, it is better than so far so good ... much better than that.
