Dermot, besides the "federal case" as it were, there are other actions pending against MSFT. Caldera goes to trial in Oct., I thought that was going to be the first real action but old Judge Jackson seems to have pushed things forward somewhat.

Netscape has always denied any plan to file its own suit, but if other actions go against Bill, you'd have to say they'd be irresponsible not to. Treble damages and all that. On the other hand, it would probably be perceived as an end-game strategy, as long as their business has some hope of moving forward, they'll probably hold off.
Being poster company for antitrust enforcement is bad enough in the FUD department.

Just another thing to watch for.
