If you follow day traders you typically get stuck at the top where a roller is sweet and simple. Know the floors and spikes. buy at the stall at the floor and set limit sells at the spike prices.

Rollers are just flat out sweet quick money. I remember one I hit both POKR and NRPI all in one day. It was beautiful. then AXGI the next week and ARET the week after.
