Mr. Perlow,

You seem to get pleasure at taking cheap shots at people. I don't
even know you and get the feeling I am a target.

My stock portfolio has a wide variety of stocks. This is my first
purchase of a penny stock. The reason I bought it was for two
reasons. One of my friend has purchased a couple hundred thousand
shares and two, my youngest son is in the military. So, when I
told him about Xecom a short time ago, he felt the company had
potential being in the type of business they are in. My financial
position is really not any of your business. But since it is now
being brought up as a new subject, my retirement fund is basically
for me to dabble in the market with. I bought a large position of
Airstar because I think the company has the ability to be highly
successful if the management is selected carefully. This group will
destroy it in my opinion.

As for my CPA, I have known him for over 30 years. His wife is
my wife's closest friend. So when I spoke with him last evening
on a different matter entirely, I brought up the situation with
Airstar Technologies to see what his opinion was. I'm a Doctor,
not a CPA and do not have a securities background. So, when there
is a situation such as the one we are seeing with Airstar Technolgies,
there are questions with really no factual answers. I was curious
to get the opinion of someone I have confidence in. Maybe his
answers weren't the answers you were looking for and you didn't care
for the message I posted. I'm not trying to make friends or enemies
Mr. Perlow, so why your so, should we say, "hot under the collar" is
really not necessary I don't think.

Have a pleasant day.

Milton
