Herm - thanks for the advice on SMOD! i am still holding it and now sold 5 Oct 17 1/2 calls bringing the 'nut' down around 17 so if it is called in October there would be a small profit rather than the big loss which could have been suffered. could get opportunities for some of your double-dipping between now and October to get a little more profit, provided stock hovers above 15??? Thanks again! dz
