Sounds like great advice. Unfortunately, it is not always clear when it is best to jump back in, or increase one's position. It seemed around 4/24 this stock was building up to something very positive, with little time to lose, and I added to my position then, only to see more delay and about .15 price drop since that time from high during that week.
When this one takes off, it may be too late to buy in at a cheap enough price to counterbalance the potential lead balloon effect(LOL).

Fine. What you present is a sound investment strategy.

But, alternatively, keep in mind what these market makers will do to you.

Remember, it's logical to presume--given the volatility of this stock to rise very fast--that the MMs have bought a lot of shares for themselves. When the buying frenzy starts, they're gonna want to sell them for as much money as they can get for 'em. So when it rises, it'll move upward quickly.

If you've going to do it your way, Aleta, you've got to have your finger on the trade button, ready to go, every day, every hour, every minute that the market is open. Only then will your strategy work for maximum benefit.

My suggestion is get some now, but be very ready to get a lot more later. This way you're not out entirely.

But everybody has their own strategy. It's easier for me now because I've eliminated my margin stocks. Though somewhat discomforting because I wanted it to happen yesterday, I'm at least now in a better position to wait for the Zulu pop.
