If the SEC were to halt this stock & that's a big if, it would only typically occur for 10 trading days. BUT, coincident with that action usually comes massive pressure on the broker dealers and huge negative publicity (Typically an SEC halt only happens maybe 15 times per year. So far, this year I think twice-see IBUY).
